I have, in all my adult life, had a problem with decision-making*, I mean real medical angst about making decisions. What is new right now, is that this is the first election year I have problem deciding on what to vote for. I have been told about a metod - some kind of cognitive behavioral therapy - to handle decision making angst. But I could ask myself the question if one really should use psychological methods when it comes to democracy? Isn’t democratic elections something that one are allow to overanalyze?
Here's a bathroom mirror photo of me with my voting card.

* I even have a tattoo about decision-making. To remind me that I'm have to make decisions, I have tattooed a quote by American artist Jenny Holzer: "Ambivalence can ruin your life."
