I have been writing some quite crappy entries, that I knew I should have worked more with before posting them. Maybe I’m not that good of a writer. At least I make ridiculous many mistakes. I have learn I really need to read my texts out loud to myself to notice all mistake I make. I do that with the texts I might be able to use at the local radio. There I also have help by a guy working there, Pär.

So now I can write about NaNoWriMo. I find that crazy. I can’t imagine writing so much in just one month. Good for you who can do it. I might at most be able to come up with titles for a novel. The “working title” on the script I’m working with, and have written about before, is “Pocketuniverse”. If I did NaNoWriMo I would call my script for that for “Three eights of the Roman Empire”. One, after the fourth crusade the Doge, the leader of Venice, got the title “lord of three-eights of the Roman Empire.” Two, the book I hypothetically would write, should be a post-apocalyptic thing where a state try to become three-eighths of the fallen western civilization. Three, well, I’m just obsessed with Venice.

Thinking back of the summer. I’m in love with Venice. Maybe I will visit Venice one time every year for the rest of my life. Random thought, historically, like on the days of Casanova, Venice seems to have been a playhouse of pleasure and entertainment. Does that mean Venice was the Burning man of the 18-century? Now I don’t know much about Burning man, nor 18-century Venice so I should not say more about that.

More memories from last summer. I have ended up having a romantic view of Munich. That’s weird since I didn’t really liked the city when I was there. I was not impressed by seeing the beer halls with their old men with large beer mugs (Tankards?) and their tobacco pipes. I remember seeing a girl with a t-shirt with the text “Munich cozier than Berlin” (but in Deutsch, the word used was  “gemütlich” as far as I know “cozy” is a good translation). The rebellious guy inside me thought: “F**k cozy! I’m of to Berlin”. Still the romanitic guy inside me apperently likes Munich.

Since I posted my photo from Venice of an artwork in the form of two hands in Grand Canal, I could add that I have learned the work is about climate change. The artist is Lorenzo Quinn and the paper I link to is Greece (but in English ).

Speaking of that subject. It’s a bad photo. I don’t have a good camera. But this is a Dutch two euro coin with wind turbines on it.

And Angela Merkel (who I don’t have an own photo of) has not just been called the leader of the free world, who might create Pax Germania, and who got the highest marks in a study there Trump, Putin and Xi were unpopular, she has also been called “Climate Chancellor”. Yeah, she has been in the news a lot, I don’t know if she deserves everything, I am not an expert.

Have you seen this. Thanks to H&M and Google we can now get an app that give clothing advises based on personality data they have from other apps. Reminds me when I was fourteen and the biggest jock (athlete) in the class had bought a pair of Dr Martens boots and everyone were like “you’re a jock you can not have Dr Martens boots”. If only he had had an app warning him. Also for me it’s a principle that Google should know everything about me. Why not let them know and decide how I dress. Then I only need an app that decide what I should do with my hair.

And tinder has a scoring system. That’s nice. Isn’t the thing that it will get hacked and then everyone will get to know what dating score you have.

One thing that’s more closer to home for me now. The night train from Ljubljana, Slovenia to Munich, (Bavaria) Germany can’t be booked online. Not with Deutsche Bahn anyway. However with the Austrian railway one can book a night train Venice to Munich. I might travel that way just because it’s easier to book the train.
