Yesterday I was on a glöggparty. Glögg - a name autocomplete wants to change to “gloegg” - is a Christmas beverage similar to Gluhwein, wine heated with spices (cloves cinnamon, ginger, bitter orange ...) and sugar and served with raisins, almonds, gingerbread, figs .... Most of the glögg we had was alcohol free. Still, company, alcohol and sugar, all you need to feel good. The glögg was store bought but now I’m tempted to do that myself. Just need to buy wine (or blackcurrant cordial for an alcohol free version). Somehow that sounds fun to do.
Otherwise about the party. Erika gave me a late birthday present, two coffee mugs. That was unexpected. But nice of her.
