Agnst, weltschmerzen, etcetera

First thing about angst. For me it’s like this, CBT works if I’m afraid a nightmare will come true. It doesn’t work when a nightmare comes true. Second thing about angst. People know I bake a lot. So if I complain that I can not stand the angst, more than one has suggested I should bake something to get my mind on something else. Often, but far from always, I bake with sourdough. That might still be seen as a hipster thing. Perhaps it can be amusing to use high school philosophy knowledge and write the following. I bake sourdough bread when I have angst. Hipsters bake sourdough bread. Therefore being a hipster is a cry for help. Q.E.D. The other day I made homemade Rågknäcke, a knäckebröd/crispbread: 500 g rye sourdoug, 500 g wheat sourdoug, 500 g rye plus salt. Not normal human behavior. Normal human behavior is to cook ramen noodles, not old fashioned crispbread. That's a cry for help. Ok, I hoped it should be amusing. Might not have been.

Det var medlidande och medkänsla som jag tänkte bjuda på, men ja tar gärna lite också :)
